Hi Everyone, please confirm if an employee who is eligible for a yearly bonus and takes leaves before the appraisal period is still eligible for the full bonus amount.
As per the Factories Act, an employee is entitled to a bonus if they have worked for 30 days in a year. This entitlement is independent of the appraisal process.
As per the Bonus Act, if someone presents a minimum of 30 working days, then he or she is eligible for a bonus. There is no relation between the probation period or confirmation.
