Such kinds of problems are facing by lots of people coming from non city locations & specially, who are from IR & labour law background. seems they are more interacted with local govt. authority in local language.
But, see the another side of coin, rejecting or not selecting due to poor English communication, it does not mean that there is nothing any value of your Attitude, positivity, past exp.dedication and commitment towards works.
Language is the part of communication, which complete the whole process of communication.
When we are working in corporate world, English is the common language,which we use for most of communications. which we need to learn. many times, we need to talk with internal employees or out side client etc.. so, we should know that English language & we can improve it.
Major part is, in India we have given more important to English language, if you see china & Japan country,even many other countries they have adopted their own language for all communication including corporate work also, that why many other peoples learn the their language before going in their country, but they never felt bad about poor English communication.now a days, they are also learning the english.
we should look at it in different prospect, English is only language, which can be learn as like as any other language. Nobody can felt guilty that, if he cant speak hindi or regional language but, he can speak English, rather feeling bad, they feel proud that, if they cant speak any other language so, what..? they can speak English fluently.
So, don't feel bad, take step toward learning point as positively & face the situation & don't scare about it.
