Hello everyone
My dad was working with a steel industrty from past 8 to 9 yrs but few months back they forced him to resign and after that when my dad completed all the document for final settlement pf and gratuity the company is holding the same and accussing him of doing fraud which is false now it has been almost 2 months my father has not received his gratuity pf and final settlement. Kindly guide as to what needs to be done next and how can my father prove himself innocent and get his full n final settlement.

do i want to know leave encashment in every month is compulsory if i didn't want leave encashment in every month if have any law ?
because our company having a policy of leave encashment for every month it is legal or illegal ?
