I have posted my resignation on 5-Feb-2014, and according to company policy, I need to serve a notice period of one month, i.e., up to 4-March-2014. However, my manager is on leave from 24-Feb-2014 to 8-March-2014, and I need to submit the relieving letter to the new company. My company HR says they will require a confirmation email from my manager. I kindly request your assistance in this matter. How should I convince the new Company HR?
