Purchase Manager

Hi Seniors,
I am working in a small NGO as a Purchase Manager.As an NGO we are running various ITI courses in Mumbai.My work profile is to procure all course related material and to provide them to our own branches.I am an Arts Graduate.I want to obtain an additional qualification in this purchase field but correspondence course(not regular)(short term/long term/part time).Can some body guide which particular course should I do and from where.
