Seeking Advice: Best Correspondence Courses for Purchase Managers in NGOs?

Hi Seniors, I am working in a small NGO as a Purchase Manager. As an NGO, we are running various ITI courses in Mumbai. My work profile is to procure all course-related materials and provide them to our branches. I am an Arts Graduate. I want to obtain an additional qualification in this purchase field but through a correspondence course (not regular)—whether short-term, long-term, or part-time. Can somebody guide me on which particular course I should pursue and from where?
