Am I Eligible For Gratuity At 55 Months

i worked in company for about 55 months, now am i eligible for gratuity.

Dear All, i worked in company for about 58 months i.e for about 4 years 240 days, now am i eligible for gratuity.

you are not eligible for Payment of Gratuity because it required atleast 5 Yr of service
only in case of Death employee is eligible for gratuity for less then 5 yr of service
as per the judgement of Madras High Court employee work for 4 years 240 days are eligible for gratuity but its a judgement of High Court so other state are not bounded to follow this.
