Dear All, I worked in the company for about 55 months. Am I eligible for gratuity?

I worked in the company for about 58 months, i.e., for about 4 years and 240 days. Now, am I eligible for gratuity?

According to the judgment of the Madras High Court, employees who work for 4 years and 240 days are eligible for gratuity. However, this judgment applies only to the High Court's jurisdiction, and other states are not bound to follow this ruling.
