In my opinion HR is like a double edged sword, one has to know when to be rude and when to be sweet. So HR has to be sweet or sour depends on the situation.
HR - Profession / noble profession.
We feel to do the job..and we take care of all employees and external factors also.

For HR personal,'SITUATIONAL MANAGEMENT' as a Rudeness person and Sweet person depending on situation is must to handle different type of people in industry as a Co-ordinator.

In my opinion HR name itself suggests as human resources which needs to be ably utilized. HR should be more focused on achieving targets of an organization on schedule keeping the employees spirit high. For this sometimes hr needs to bent the rules and be a bridge between workers and management. Any issues needs to be dealt logically keeping the relationship values in mind.

Under normal circumstances the HR should be polite & sweet at the same time some critical circumstances he should be rude to make the employees follow the rules.
