Confused About Sandwich Leave Policy: Does Two Half-Days Count as a Full Day Off?

Please clarify this: If an employee takes a half-day leave on Friday and another half-day leave on Monday, will it be counted as a sandwich day?

As per the general practice of the organization, two half-days will be counted as one day of leave within a specified period. In your case, where you have taken half-day leave on Friday and Monday, this should be counted as one day of leave only. If you had taken a full day on Friday and Monday, then it could be considered as four days of leave, i.e., Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

P.S.: Regarding leaves, every company has its own policy, and employees have to comply with the same.
