Various Acts For Pvt. Ltd. Companies

Dear Sir/ Maam
Our company a pvt. ltd. company has two directors plus 8 employees in delhi and 1 each in pune, bangalore, mumbai . We are relatively new, we want to understand which acts will we come under ..eg gratuity act / factory act/ esi/...etc. please guide

Thank you very much, also please clarify when we count the number of employees to come under any particular act, are the directors of the company also counted as employees.

also i would add that the directors are shareholders and take a monthly directors re-numeration in a pvt. ltd. company, so are they treated as employees and are they eligble for benefits like gratuity, medical reimbursement, etc

EVERY ORGANISATION IS NEEDED PF, ESI, PROFESSIONAL TAX REGISTRATION NUMBERS FOR RUN THE ESTABLISHMENT.
