I am working with an organisation registered under Shop and Establishment act Mumbai, having 75 persons on payroll.
As per Shop & Establishment Act how may days a person can enjoy leaves eg. Sick / Casual / Privalage.
Some of our members are not entitled for ESIC, in that case what will be additional Benefit should management give to members, eg, Sick Leave or Medical Reimbursement.
As per act how many Paid Holidays was there.
Whether Paid holidays are equal for Unskilled Staff / Middle Staff / Managerial Staff.
