Great idea! I would also like to join. A suggestion: let's meet with those who are interested (we will start with around 10 people in the first meet) and then share our comments and views after the meet on how interactive it was. I am sure that after that, other members will also want to join us for the second meet, and that's how we will grow more. Need your suggestions.

No reply after September 30, 2007, is very disappointing. I think members in this community are not interested in sharing their knowledge. Raj, can we go ahead and meet with those people who gave the confirmation?

Why disappoint those who are really interested and serious about this field? Like before, I said people will join us once we start. Again, need your suggestions.

I was very disappointed by the way things happened here. In fact, I was really taking the lead for the Mumbai meet and had asked for sponsorship from a few consultants I knew; we could have collected approximately 50 grand. However, someone decided the dates and floated the email without even informing me, so I backed out. I don't want to meet some of the unprofessionals in a Professional HR meet.

Dinesh, thanks for your interest. Keep it going. This is not the only HR forum that exists.
