Dear Concern,
I am working as HR in an organization where every year we announce the list of holiday for all the employees. This list is approved by my Boss. It includes holidays such as republic, independence, holi, diwali, ganesh chaturthi, etc.
But we also have muslim staff working with us & every year we give them a paid leave (Note : Only to muslim staffs) during the festival of EID but do not inlude the same in the list of holiday.
Now i had received mails from few mulim staff raising the query for the same.
Need help on what shall i reply to that mail.
Your help/guidance will be truly appreciated.
