Hi friends,
I am supposed to draft a letter for declaring holiday on account of Bandh and compensate with some other holiday (second saturday)...
Kindly help me out.

The contents of the Circular can be as follows:
This is to inform all of you that XYZ has been declared as an HOLIDAY on account of Bandh.
However this HOLIDAY will be compensated by working on XYZ.

You can say that XYZ is declared as HOLIDAY on account of Provicinal HOLIDAY.

On behalf of that holiday coming XYZ has Compensatory Working day.

Dear XYZ Employee,
On account of unrest & other such activities in the city, X/Y/07 is being declared as a holiday.
However, to compensate work loss, U/I/07 is being declared as a working day & all employees are required to be present.
