please tells me if employee not covered under ESI Act how many Sl or medical leave paid under factory Act what is provision

There is no provision for SL/ML under Factories Act.

dear harnek, first of all understand that there is no provision of sl ml under factory act however to all factories punjab nf/nh act applies and under that min 7 sl every year cummulative upto 30 should be given to every employee of factory irrespective of coverage under esi or any other medical benefit scheme.

There is no provision of Sick Leave under Factories Act,as such. Horwever, companies can grant Sick Leave from 7 days
to 10 days, depending upon company policy.

There is provision of sick leave / medical leave it should be 10 in a calender year but only for those who are not covered under ESIC. Go through the factory act. doubt will be clear.
