There is a company in Chennai named XXXX; it's a big fraud company. It was my most unfortunate time when I got associated with them, and they treat employees like garbage! They make false promises and mislead. They conceal facts. They have the most unprofessional and foolish way of getting things done. They have NO manners, NO leadership traits, and NO sanity. They mentally, socially, and emotionally harass their employees and say HIGHLY inappropriate things to employees. I advise, if you ever get a call from these people, you should not go for it. Needs suggestions.

Dear Ctre, everything you have written in your post is vague. You are shooting the target but in the dark. Your allegations are flying around. But with so many allegations, you must have tons of evidence. Why did you not approach the labor office in your area with this evidence to address them?

Questions About the Company

By the way, in which industry is the company operating? Does the company have a labor union? Why are employees unable to form a union to protect their interests? Will raising vague issues anonymously in public forums solve the problem? Was gaining sympathy from fellow members the only objective behind this post?

Determining Company Credibility

The penultimate line of your post states, "I advise, if you ever get a call from these people, you should not go for it." But how can one determine if the company is fraudulent or treats its employees poorly?

Please clarify.

Issues with Small-Scale Industries

There are a number of companies, especially small-scale industries, growing due to the demand for their products. However, they do not have the right attitude; many of them follow the policies as listed by the member. I have come across cases where the following is done by such companies:

• PF is deducted but not paid - for years.
• Company takes possession of original documents on false promises and refuses to return these documents to compel the employee to continue to work.
• Issue 'Offer Letter' instead of 'Appointment Letter'. Candidates (who have already resigned from earlier jobs) are paid 50% of the promised salary - on the pretext that his/her performance is not satisfactory and are unable to leave as original documents are now with the employer, without a long fight.

True that—making wild allegations wouldn't help. However, there are several companies that exploit employees (not paying them in full, keeping the original documents, etc.), and it would be really nice if there could be an arrangement to name and shame the companies that do such things.

I recommend addressing these issues through proper channels and reporting mechanisms rather than resorting to making baseless accusations. It's important to promote transparency and fair labor practices in the workplace.
