I worked for an organization for 9 years and 2 months. Am I eligible for EPF, or should I withdraw the amount accumulated in that fund along with my PF withdrawal? Please advise.

You are at a critical moment. If you have a higher number of LOPs during your tenure, you will receive the full payment without entering the pension scheme. I believe this is very important. Please check with the HR department; they will provide you with the exact information. In our situation, we did this for an employee who had completed 9 years and 3 months. If it exceeds 9 years and 4 months, the pension scheme will automatically come into effect, and a certificate will be issued. So, act quickly, and hopefully, you will receive the entire amount.

The minimum service required in EPS-95 to get a pension is 9 years and 6 months. If the service is below 9 years and 6 months, a pension is not applicable; however, you are eligible for a one-time withdrawal.
