Strategic Management

Hello Everyone,
One of the requirements to submit in MBA School is a "strategic Management" based on personal view.
I am struggling doing this because to be honest, the business is just new and the management is not yet well established. To give you an idea, business industry is contruction/engineering.
We are required to submit atleast 20 pages of the company Strategic management.
We do have mission, vission which I made by myself only and approved by the boss. I dont know what more should I do into it..

I think you mean that you have to submit a "Strategic Plan" or a "Business Plan". Please tell us some more details about your qualifications, experience and the organization.

Hi Simhan,
Thank you for your reply. The professor asked us to submit the strategic management of the company of every student. That composed of company mission, vision, swot analysis etc.
