Navigating Strategic Management in a New Business: Insights and Tips

Hello Everyone,

One of the requirements to submit to MBA school is a "Strategic Management" based on a personal view. I am struggling with this because, to be honest, the business is just new and the management is not yet well established. To give you an idea, the business industry is construction/engineering. We are required to submit at least 20 pages of the company's Strategic Management. We do have a mission and vision which I created by myself and was approved by the boss. I don't know what more I should do with it.

I think you mean that you have to submit a "Strategic Plan" or a "Business Plan". Please tell us some more details about your qualifications, experience, and the organization.
