Struggling with My MBA Application: How Do I Write a Strategic Management Document for a New Business?

Hello Everyone, I am required to submit a "Strategic Management" document based on a personal view as part of my MBA school application. I am struggling with this because, to be honest, the business is new, and the management is not yet well established. To give you an idea, the business industry is construction/engineering. We are required to submit at least 20 pages of the company's Strategic Management. We do have a mission and vision, which I created myself and was approved by the boss. I don't know what more I should do with it.

I think you mean that you have to submit a "Strategic Plan" or a "Business Plan." Please tell us some more details about your qualifications, experience, and the organization. Thank you for your reply. The professor asked us to submit the strategic management of the company for every student. This includes the company mission, vision, SWOT analysis, etc. Please browse the attachment for reference.
