I do Accounts/ Admin work in a small size IT firm. For some time now, we have been having challenges managing workers lateness to work.And my boss has told me to go and set up polices to managed that.
How should i go about this; we resume by 8am and close 6pm with 1hr lunch time. Should a latecomer forfeit his/ her lunch time or close late in order to make up for the time lost?
I would highly appreciate your professional advice.
