Is There Any Required Diploma Course For Hr Generalist Profile

My name is sema singh, i have completed MBA in 2013, currently I'm working as a Recruiter in it company, as a recruiter i have only 3 months experience, but total i have 5 years experience, as ( as a academic counselor ), please suggest me should i mention my total experience in resume, i want grow in hr generalist profile only, & plz also guide me is there any required diploma course for hr generalist profile.
