How Should I Present My Experience for an HR Generalist Role and Are Diplomas Necessary?

Hi, my name is Seema Singh. I completed my MBA in 2013. Currently, I'm working as a Recruiter in an IT company. As a recruiter, I have only 3 months of experience, but in total, I have 5 years of experience as an academic counselor. Should I mention my total experience in my resume? I want to grow in an HR generalist profile only. Please guide me if there are any required diploma courses for an HR generalist profile.

Regards,
Seema Singh

What is your specialization in MBA? Is it HR or any other subject? If it is HR, you need no more courses. You mentioned you have 5 years of experience. What is the area of your experience, and with what basic qualifications did you gain it? Was it after plus 2, after UG, or after PG? No useful guidance can be given without the background. Please send your CV.

Blessings,

Greetings of the day! Thanks for your motivation. I have completed my M.B.A in HR from Destination Learning K.S.O.U. Additionally, I have a B.A. and M.A. in Sociology through regular programs.

I have a total of 5 years of experience in different domains like academic counseling. Currently, I am working with a small IT company as an IT recruiter. Please guide me as I want to start my career as an HR Generalist. How can I begin?
