How Can We Effectively Train Distributor Salesmen Across India by October?

I am in a Channel Development role, and we are looking for a series of training modules for our Distributor Salesmen in all four regions in India. The training would cover the following: selling skills, questioning skills, closing skills, motivation, result orientation, etc.
