Can anyone help me regarding the A.P. Labour Department's redressal details about employee issues like long working hours, working on labor holidays, non-payment of O.T., etc.? Reply ASAP.

Please clarify what your role is in that organization. Is it a factory, shop, or construction site? If you are an HR person in that organization, discuss with your management to settle the issue amicably. If you are unable to find a solution to these issues, it is better to approach the concerned licensing authority and ALC/DLC/JLC, whoever is applicable, with all your grievances. They will contact the management and assist you in resolving the issues.
