Can anyone help me regarding A.P. Labour department Readressal Details about employee issues like Long working hours, Working on labour holidays,non payment of O.T. etc..

Please clarify what is your roll in that organisation. Is it a factory or shop or construction site? If you are a HR Person in that organisation then you discuss with your management for settling the issue amicably. If you are unable to get some solution to these issues then better approach the concerned Licencing authority and ALC/DLC/JLC whoever applicable with all your grievances. He will call the management and help you in resolving the issues.
