Salary For October To Be Paid From 24.10.2013 To Maharashtra Govt Employees

Dear friends,
In view of ensuing festival season Maharashtra Govt has decided to pay salary for the month of October 2013 to its employees early, i.e. from 24.10.2013. Copy of circular in this regard is attached.

But Pvt sector employees are at the mercy of Employers. I am of the view that all employers should atleast make 75% of salary as advance before 25th so that the employees can do some shopping before Diwali.
