Want To Know Procedure For Giving Warning Letter Or Memo

Dear Seniors,
I have One query. Ours is manufacturing pvt ltd company. In our company employees are not more than 10. 2 employees are not reporting to work consistently from last 4-6 months. Their working days in month are not more than 20. These employees are absent due their medical reasons and other personal reasons as well. they are taking permission of leave for 2 days and do not report to duty for next 10-15 days. i want to know the procedure whether we can give them warning notice or Memo. Also i want to know the procedure and effects of such action on our pvt ltd company. All employees are covered under PF & ESI. Please help at earliest.

Dear Mrunal,

Your problem is far deeper. I doubt whether it can be eradicated by the issue of just warning letter. Your post raises a question in one's mind whether the staffs working with you want the employment or not. Do they have another business too?

While selecting employees, check their attitude as well. Your problems are because of the wrong attitude of the employees.
