Dear Seniors, I have one query. Ours is a manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. company. In our company, employees do not exceed 10. Two employees have not been reporting to work consistently for the last 4-6 months. Their working days in a month are not more than 20. These employees have been absent due to medical reasons and other personal issues. They take permission for leave for 2 days but do not report to duty for the next 10-15 days. I want to know the procedure for issuing a warning notice or memo to them. Also, I would like to understand the procedure and effects of such action on our Pvt. Ltd. company. All employees are covered under PF & ESI. Please assist at your earliest convenience.
