Employer Denies APSE Act Coverage: How Can I Legally Challenge Their False Claims?

mahesh_hyd
Dear Sir, I worked with a commercial building owners association that was registered under the AP Shops and Establishment Act (I have proof copies showing that it was registered under the Shops & Establishment Act). I worked there for almost 20 years and recently resigned. However, my employers have not settled my entitled benefits such as gratuity and whatever I am entitled to under the APSE Act. For this issue, I approached the labor court. In the labor court, my employer also provided false information, stating that the association is not covered under the Establishment Act.

Please Advise on Legal Actions

Please advise me, sir, on the legal actions I can take against him for misleading or providing false information to the labor department and me.

Some Key Information

In our office, there are a total of 14 employees. I have all the proofs that show we are covered under the APSE Act.

Thank you.

If the matter is "sub judice," then there is no point in raising your query in this forum. You should show whatever proof you have to your lawyer. He is the right person to assess the quality of evidence and determine whether it can stand scrutiny of the law.
