Understanding Appraisal Levels: What Degree of Performance Appraisal Are We Using?

Hrdch
Hi, we are conducting self-appraisal (comments only), supervisor (comments & ratings) appraisal, and reviewer (comments & ratings) appraisal. May I know what level of appraisal this is?

In your appraisal process, since you have not included peers, vendors, customers, etc., it cannot be a 360-degree appraisal. As you have included self-appraisal, at best, it can be a 180-degree appraisal and not more than that.

Thanks,

It is not just the number of persons that matters. Their level also matters, i.e., whether junior, senior, or peer. Please take into account their designations as well.

Thanks,

Regards

If one person rates, that is 90 degrees. If two people rate, that is 180 degrees. If three people rate, that is 270 degrees. If four people rate, that is 360 degrees.
