Should We Give an Experience Letter to a Trainee Who Left Early? Seeking Advice

We appointed a trainee for a 12-month period. Due to some unavoidable circumstances, he quit the training after 9 months. Is it recommended to issue him an experience letter for that period?

I have a question regarding the Trainee Period and Probation Period. According to the law, how many months should we ideally keep a trainee period and probation period for trainees? Additionally, what should be the salary structure and payment process?
