How do we set up an HR process for an IT ISO 9001:2008 company? What documents are required? Can anyone guide me on this?

As per ISO 9001:2008, the training process is mandatory. All the records relevant to training should be recorded and maintained. For each template/record you prepare, you should assign a document control number, version number, etc. Apart from training, any other documents you prepare should have standard templates accordingly.

Thanks for your reply. I am working in an ISO-certified company and require more information to set up processes. For recruitment, what documents do we need to maintain? For performance appraisal, what is required? If you can provide assistance on this, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

In ISO Certification, they included only Training and Development; they did not include recruitment, Performance Appraisal (PA), etc.
