OD should necessarily aim at Systems Building, Culture Building, Commitment Building, and Competency Building.

OD Interventions

OD is a parallel process through your interventions at:

1. Organization-Wide: Typically addressing streamlining business processes, interventions involving a bare transactional company aiming towards a corporate culture, branding exercises, etc.
2. Developmental Interventions: Increasing performance management systems, work levels, compensation structures, etc.
3. Career Planning, etc.
