I need your suggestions...!!!
Am working in small company ( KPO) around 80 associates are working in different projects.
there is no seniors in Hr dept now so am taking care of all the activities related to HR Dept
If coming to appraisal, they had July - July appraisal cycle and in that my role is zero means management is not discussed anything about that with me because may be i don't have exp in that.( 20 members are applicable to Appraisals)
Its already to End of Aug and they haven't discussed anything with the associates yet,,, they are all following me like anything, if i discussed with management they will tell , if happens wait....!!!
how to convince the associates to wait till it happens or how to convince the management to process it sooner...
