Job Evaluation Process

I am trying to put in place a process for Job Evaluation in my company. We used HAY to do JE for some positions in 2009/2010 but we did not have any follow up or maintenance for JE since then. We do not have a JE committe in place either.
Appreciate any advice on best to go about getting this done.
