Death Of Worker

Dear Sir/Madam,
In my factory one of the worker was died. He was on leave.
Please inform me in ESIC and PF which benefits he will be entitle for.
Is there any thing he will get from LWF and if yes than what is the process to get the benefits.

Dear Parvez
His family will be entitled for the PF Accumulation amount, PF Pension (Maximum for 3 dependent family members), Cremation expenditure from ESIC, and 20 months salary (Maximum of Rs.130000/-) or actuals as per PF Submission from EDLI.
From LWF please confirm from your district ALC Office about the entitlement as the same will be varying from state to state.
