Hi Everyone, I am working in HRD in a captive center for a US-based Business Improvement Company. Currently, we have 12 days of CL and 18 EL leaves as a policy. The CL is credited in advance every year, and EL is credited after the probation at the end of every quarter. The leave calendar is from Jan-Dec.

Reviewing Leave Policies in Compliance with Legal Requirements

Therefore, please review the act applicable to your state and ensure that the number of PL and CL days aligns with the requirements. Additionally, if ESIC does not apply, you may need to allocate a certain number of Sick Leave days.
