In case of leave without pay in probation period the amount of wages we deduct as per no. of days & gross salary.
My question is shall we also deduct PF amount? What law says? what is the Practices?
For example a worker have basic salary Rs. 6207 then Pf deduction will be 745 but worker present only 23 days so deduction will be 745 or according to changes in basic salary?
