How to recruit the casual employee for three months - what is the process and their ESI &PF deduction?

Respected Sir/Madam, Please tells me how to recruit the casual employee for three months - what is the process and their ESI &PF deduction is mandatory yes or no

as per casual worker u required ................
than its not compulsory for the PF & ESIC required cos its not the company on roll worker its only applicable on company"s on roll worker.....
and for that recruitment part you directly connect to the labour suppliers for this casual workers

Yes , its based on ur org. Requirements you recruit 15 casual worker based on daily wages not on direct pay roll

Dear Sir
Plse clarify once more regarding the classification of intake into the organisation.
I am working in a company in puirely contractual basis for six months and after that got renewed four times.
I do not have any pf or ESI deduction.
Would I get any benifit if I been asked for retretch.

if u required casual workers than contact to labour contractors who fulfill ur req. & for that casual worker its not compulsory for PF & ESIC part ...........
