Respected Sir/Madam, please tell me how to recruit casual employees for three months. What is the process, and is their ESI & PF deduction mandatory? Yes or no.

Yes, it's based on your organization's requirements. You need to recruit 15 casual workers based on daily wages, not on the direct payroll.

Dear Sir, please clarify once more regarding the classification of intake into the organization. I am working in a company on a purely contractual basis for six months, and it has been renewed four times. I do not have any PF or ESI deductions. Would I get any benefits if I am asked for retrenchment? Please advise.

If you require casual workers, then contact labor contractors who fulfill your requirements. For casual workers, it is not compulsory to provide PF and ESIC benefits.
