I have 7+ years of experience, 3 weeks back i have joined an Software MNC in Chennai.
I am assigned to an project where i am not comfortable and when i asked for release, i was told its not possible by HR and PM.
One of HR says,Since, i am hired project specific, release from company will be only done if i stress more. But, there is no probation period as per offer letter. I would like to know below ::
1. How can this happen ?? Since as per company policy have to complete 90 days notice as per offer letter. In case of mutual understanding, can't i get release from project only ? Can company ask me to Resign with immediate effect ?
2. Even if further, they say me to leave, will i get proper reveling letter and salary for the working days ? Will the employer have the right to hold my salary?
3. How to get properly resign instead of escaping from company in say 10 days notice period and get the salary for working days.
4. will this affect my future job carrier in other Software MNC
