EPF Act - Which documents are required in the audit of EPF?

To just update i got a reply from PF office stating that no provision has been made by Central Office, Delhi in the current version of software regarding name change in computerized system. Really dont understand what should i do now as PF office is not supporting regarding rectification/updating of accounts.

I think I have the answer of your question.
According to your issue, I have asked this question to PF Department,
The answer I have got is, If there is name change while claiming for PF,
you need a prove from your current company that you are working here and name is same..
its not your mistake.. and get your identity proof with you..
and ya if they do ask for last employer then you are required to get certificate from that employer. I think this can be the solution of your problem...

as far as the passbook is concern, you can get it from web. and if not getting from there please go and visit the PF dept. you will get the answers regarding your questions..

I have personally went there i tried to sort the matter. All the proofs and letters from employer have been submitted. But despite the change cant take place because their software doesn't provide them to do so. Even in their FAQs it says presently there is no provision for a name change.

Have you met to PRO ?
Ask him like a case study.
as far as the name change is concern, there is no provision because its not your mistake.
go and prove it.
you will get your money. here it has happened and that's why I am telling you.
As per my knowledge, this is the best idea and way to get your ans.

I haven't PRO. but through my RTI application and First appeal Reply i have received the same answer that presently there is no provision of name change. One of the letter is duly signed by PF Commissioner itself. Although i am in regular touch with the officials but seems no solution coming out of it. The matter is pending since past one year or so.

But you know as far as here I met to Public relation officer of PF Department, He answered me like this.. that it can happened and solution is this.. if you go there don't tell them that its my issue ? behave like you want to know only. you will definitely get the answer dear.. I tried it yesterday..

The Public relation officer told me that if there is issue of name change, you want a proof from your current employer that name is same, and it happened due to mistake..
