I have a query related to internship and employment. I was under an internship, and the offer letter for the same stated that the company, on successful completion of the said internship, would provide employment. However, due to some incident, I was terminated from that internship, and in that case, I was not an employee of the company. However, I was handed a termination letter, which should not have been given.
In addition to this, during the internship, deductions from my stipend under Group Insurance and PF were also made as if I were an employee. I am not sure if I can file a court case against the company on these grounds.
