Thank you for your post. I understand that for International Workers, PF needs to be calculated considering total pay, which includes basic wages, dearness allowance, retaining allowance (if any), and cash value of food concession (if any).

Does this mean HRA need not be considered when calculating total pay for the purpose of PF calculation? Appreciate your kind response.
