please share your knowledge.
What are the legal requirements to be followed at construction site ( related to health safety & enviornment ). Please tell me how we can take legal action if a contractor fails/ donot comply with the requirements.Please share if you have any check lists.

Please refer BOCW Act and your state's BOCW Rules. Instruct the contractors to follow the BOCW Rules. This will give exhaustive safety measures and welfare measures of the workers engaged in construction industry.
