Thank you for sharing such nice article with our members. In India it is very difficult and even we can tell it is not possible to implement. The Charges will be very high and if the Houses are sparing also it will not reach the workers. Further it can be one more type of exploitation of workforce by mediators.

We need this format of employment, as the opportunities needs reach the far flung areas where the talent lives, rather than them , migrating to job hubs
