This is Ravikumar. I am working as a HR Generalist in one of the Start up company. There is one candidate, his performance is not good. All ready we gave warning letter to him for more than 2 times. But he didn't proved himself. and please find the below queries.
1. Is it necessary to give experience letter ?
2. When we have to clear Final settlement ?
kindly suggest me anyone for termination procedure.
