Dear seniors, can anybody tell me whether the annual return under the M.W. Act is applicable to establishments that are paying as per the Maharashtra Minimum Wages Rule of 1963?
The main aim of a return is to ensure whether the act is applicable or not. If not, then why? Therefore, we have to send the return if paying as per the act.
