Dear seniors, Can anybody tell me that whether annual return under M.W.Act is applicable to establishments which are paying as per Maharashtra Minimum wages Rule 1963

Dear .... Main aim of Retrun is to ensure that there is applicable the act or not..if not then why..... So we have to sent the retrun if paying as per act .
