There may not be an audit course exclusively for logistics/warehousing. However, there is an ISO standard, ISO 28000, for supply chain security management, which includes your area of interest.
ISO 28000 - Supply Chain Security Management Systems
The ISO 28000 standard establishes a security system that will protect people, goods, infrastructure, equipment, and transportation against security incidents and other potentially devastating situations. It specifies the requirements to establish, implement, maintain, improve, and audit a security management system. The series comprises ISO 28000:2007, ISO 28001:2007, ISO 28002:2011, ISO 28003:2007, ISO 28004:2007, and ISO 28005-2:2011.
You can take the Lead Assessor Course in the ISO 28000 standard (which is a one-week course) conducted by ISO 28000 certifying bodies. With this qualification, you are able to conduct audits on all aspects of supply chain security management.
