CSR, which stands for Corporate Social Responsibility, requires you to plan activities that extend help beyond the organization. You could organize a drive to collect old clothes from employees and donate them to an NGO. Additionally, your employees could visit an NGO as a team and donate food items, sponsor necessities required by the NGO, or plan an evening of fun for the residents at the NGO, and so on.
