Can anybody please tell me the procedure for getting a factory license under the Factory Act? Also, what are the forms and the fees for obtaining the license under the Factories Act?

We are establishing a new factory in Faridabad that specializes in the manufacturing of denim. In this facility, samples are prepared, denims are stitched, and then sent to another plant for dyeing and finishing work. We are seeking to obtain the license for this factory.
