I am Laxmin Dave, currently pursuing an MBA in Gujarat, India. I have a query regarding how performance appraisal is linked to the career management of an employee. I have conceptual clarity but require more details. Additionally, I am unsure about the questions that should be included in a questionnaire focused on performance appraisal and career management in the banking sector. Specifically, I am unsure whether the questionnaire should concentrate on the managers of the bank or the employees.
