Complete Hr Policy & Er Manual-II

I have taken the privilege of sharing the hr policy I have with me. I have tried and made it as exhaustive as possible. I would request all my friends in here to help me make it a complete policy. A policy all members can keep coming back to refer,so next time when they want a policy they know where to find it.

I request all of your cooperation and help,without which my target of a perfect and complete policy solely for cite hr which answers all policy requirement of any and all industry would not be possible for me to achieve.

Each person is requested to modify re modify and post and repost the policy with new though line and ideas. Your ideas and knowledge can be a lot of help to lots of people in here........

Kindly add in this same post your companys or self developed policy,for cite members convenience.Help me make a complete consolidated policy solely for cite hr.

Above postings are in 3 parts with same header but with different numbering. For more policy kindly check my other postings.

Set a style of seeking things and not precedent of asking things.

All the document shared herein are hard work of many people, I have just complied what was available. Credit goes to original creators and up loaders .

I am an MBA student, however I would like to share some info given to me by my HR faculty, The employee hand book should be written in bullet point, have some good images and should be in brief i.e to the point.
So that the employees read it.
I am workin on Induction maual for magament trainee will definately upload it once its done.
I would definately take some input from Induction manual as well. I could not open the pdf file. Can u plz mail it to me [Login to view]

It needs a lot of goodness in attitude to share information. U have it. U r the one who will learn more. When u share the info which u have to others, a part of ur hardisk is cleared for u to accomodate more info and thats when u learn more. Am I rite?
