Can some one sent me the forms and formats under CLRA act for Mumbai with the returns format and date.

i am working in a firm which is not have shop register, but has trust registration NGO. should i prepare wage register ?

Dear
As & when the employer of the firm is required to release the wages of the employees he is required to have wages register. Payment details are to be entered in the wage register.

Dear All I want to know how should I create CL/ National Holiday Register for up state I provide Security Guards facility at construction sites.

In my opinion construction site is neither covered under State Shops & Establishments Act nor under State Industrial Establishments ( National & Festival Holidays and Casual & Sick Leaves) Act where we see provisions relating to grant of CL/National Holidays & hence the workers are not entitled for any CL/ Holidays under these Acts. Other applicable labour laws also do not have provisions relating to grant of CL/SL etc.

Can Reply me, Under which rule submitting the annual returns for contract labours.

First see which is your appropriate Govt. Central or State & if state then which state. Thereafter, go through those applicable central/state Contract Labour ( R&A) Rules to have format of sending annual return. You will find the reference of Rules in this form at the top.
