The State of Maharashtra notifies the minimum wage rates under the Minimum Wages Act for the period from 1st Jan to 30 June and 1st July to 31st
December every year. You may visit the website of the Maharashtra Labour Department for the circulars/notifications in this regard. Further, if you require such rates for all states and central government, you may visit website paycheck.in where you can access all rates.

I have a suggestion to all of you who seek notifications of different States under the Minimum Wages Act, that you may visit GOOGLE SEARCH and type minimum wage rate/...... State. The pop up of the website of the State will appear which, if you click, will show the rates/notifications. For Maharashtra State it is [url=http://www.mahashramm.gov.in] Government of Maharashtra Department of Labour. For Central Government, you may visit www.CLC.GOV.IN and download the notification.

You can get from the nearest Labour officer who is the Inspector under the Minimum Wages Act.Take some effort to get these information from Gazette or respective Officers.
